Vegetable Crops

 Our farmstand will open in mid/late June 2017.

Here's a general list of what vegetables we grow and offer for sale in our farm stand. All vegetables are grown right here on our property. We pick daily and offer only the freshest produce. Availability is seasonal.

Arugula

Beets - Bull’s-eye, Golden, Red

Broccoli - also Romanesco Broccoli

Brussel Sprouts

Cabbage - Savoy, Chinese, Red, Regular

Carrots - Regular carrots and new this year, Rainbow carrots!

Cauliflower - White, Orange (Cheddar), Purple, Green

Celery and Celery Root

Corn - bicolor sweet corn, picked fresh each morning and throughout the day

Cucumbers - slicing and pickling

Eggplant – purple, white, Japanese 

Escarole

Fennel

Green beans - fancy thin, also yellow beans

Greens – Tatsoi

Herbs – Basil, Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Chives

Kale

Leeks

Lettuce – up to 12 varieties

Melons – Muskmelons (cantaloupe) with orange flesh, and Passport (honeydew) melons with green flesh

Onions – Red, White, Yellow, Sweet

Peas

Peppers – 10 varieties including Habanero, jalapeno, bell peppers

Radishes

Rutabaga

Scallions

Shallots

Spinach

Squash – Yellow squash, Eightball squash, Zucchini

Swiss Chard

Tomatoes – more than a dozen varieties including juicy beefsteak tomatoes, saladettes, cherry tomatoes in red, yellow, orange, purple

Turnips – regular turnips and the new salad turnip

Winter Squash – Acorn, Butternut, Delicata, Spaghetti

Watermelons – sweet red, seedless, yellow
